Danika says: Henry was abandoned by his mother when he was just a few weeks old. My sister looked after him for awhile in our hometown before asking us to give him a permanent home. How could we resist? We brought him home with us when we went down to visit our family for Christmas holidays. As you will see from the photos, he wasn't content with riding in his cat cage on the trip. He became literally attached to us straightaway!!
Such a "cutie", I can see why he
was so hard to resist.Hope you have many years to enjoy this
little bundle of FUR "SMAAACK"
That's a kiss for the kitty.
I know TexasLadyPatriot, we were so surprised that he wanted to get out of the cat cage in the car. We have other cats and they absolutely hate cars! But Henry would get upset if we put him in the cage so we let him snuggle with us the whole four hour trip! He is a very interesting little boy!

You can see the gears going in that head, that's for sure! I had a cat who used to ride out of the cage, but never with the driver - all that shifting around made him nervy.
Nice pictures! What a cute kitty! I love his simple name too. Henry. AWWWWWWWWWWW I wanna cuddle him. He looks like he made himself right at home with you all.
What a sweet and delightful kitten! It's so obvious that Henry loves you and is adored by your family!

Such a cute kitten! My kittens meow the entire 5-minute car ride to the vet...I couldn't imagine 4 hours! Glad that Henry likes the car. He is just too adorable and looks so cuddly!

so adorable! One of the cutest kittkies I've ever seen! PS- My cat will not ride in a cat carrier, and likes to sit onmy lap while I drive- I think it makes her feel safe.
All three of my cats ride better out of the carriers, and on a lap -- never the driver's tho. Cat carriers are available and they'll nap there, but awake is best on a blankie on a lap. They prefer local speeds too, not freeway speed.
My tortie of 19 years used to travel just like Henry when she was little. She seemed to find comfort hiding in my hair. We traveled 1-1/2 hours many, many weekends and I had a crink in my neck by the time I arrived--especially after she grew to 10+ pounds!
Henry is so very handsome and looks very regal in some of those pictures!
Henry is a darling. You are very lucky to have him, and he's lucky to have you. This picture reminds me of driving cross country with seven cats. One of them sat behind my head as I drove, and another slept on the dashboard...

now THERE is a great spot for relaxing! :):):) such a cutie. love him!
Shelley you are not far off, he doesn't have a canine gene but before we took him home Henry's care was shared between my sister and Isabella a big German Shepherd who thought he was her son! It was incredible to watch him jump all over this massive dog and we felt very mean taking her 'son' away!

OMG! your Henry looks exactly like MY henry....except my Henry is a girl....
OMG - he's adorable! And you can tell he's not going to be getting into the "normal" cat mischief.
I wouldn't let him watch you on the computer too much or you'll come home to find a 10 lb bag of catnip has been delivered!
I use leashes and harnesses all the time in my van. I have a seat belt attachment so they can travel out of cages. If I put them in cages, they freak out and poop themselves silly.
